Shraddhanjali

The founder and President of Navjeevan Society, Mrs.Nalini Bharat Shah, left for heavenly abode on 21st June, 2021. An intelligent, dynamic, compassionate and disciplined lady, she played the most important role in making Navjeevan a prestigious institution. She was a visionary. Her leadership, mentorship and guidance have shaped Navjeevan and all those connected with Navjeevan. She continued to work with zeal for the intellectually disabled till the age of 86 yrs. She will always be an inspiration to those working in this field.

1st Death Anniversary of the founding President of Navjeevan Society

21st June, 2022 was the 1st Death Anniversary of the founding President of Navjeevan Society, Mrs. Nalini B. Shah. To pay homage to her, Navjeevan Early Intervention Center was inaugurated. This center was set up with strong support from AEL- CIE Automotive Ltd. The center was inaugurated by Mr. Soumeen Majumdar, VP Corporate Strategy and Business excellence and Mr. Sheikh Jaleel, Deputy Commissioner, Zilla Parishad.

A Medical Checkup camp for all students

A Medical Checkup camp for all students was organised by Lions Angels group. Dr.Meeta Chitnis and Dr.Shubha Jhavar supervised the camp. A complete physical checkup and eye checkup was done. Each child's report willbe given to parents of students who had some health issues were called for Consultation and guidance will follow.Cataract and serious squint problems were identified in some students.
